i can see you use a lot of network services (like twitter, myspace, facebook, youtube, et simila) which *DO* relevant mass-surveillance, mass data storage, mass data retention, video-surveillance, etc.

do you really think that using these tecnhnocratic tyrants means to fight for freedom?

      Hi,

you are absolutely right: all those shiny web-applications and services are stones in the wall of mass-surveillance and some of the companies behind them are worst enemies of privvacy.

Nevertheless, we use this tools to spread our word also to users of those services. And we believe, it can be possible to use this tools carefully as a natural person – which needs some conciousness and skills, of course. For several NGOs and grassroot-movements, some of this tools are a possbile way to get attention and, ironically, circumvent surveillance and represion in their countries.

But truly: it is a bit like fighting fire with fire. It works, but can be dangerous.

Maybe you would like to right a short summary of the dangers of those services and how to minimize the risks when using them? We could publish it here on this websites.

      Best regards,

For those of us living in Monarchies, democracy is what makes the surveilance states possible in the first place.

Whats the point of protesting for democracy?

Whats the point of protesting for democracy?

Democracy is about letting people have control over their own fate rather than having an arbitrary, self-interested power (like a ruling monarchy) make those decisions for you.

It sounds like you are suggesting that people living under Monarch rule are not subject to surveillance until they are given democratic empowerment, and at which point they vote to be monitored.

    That hurts my brain.

A key factor moving forward is to get people involved in the decisions that are made. Key is to get people involved in politics and to shape a liberal and free society for all. Key is to get all to vote in any election and not taking a backseat role and then complain that it ain’t working! What say you?

I understand why it must hurt your brain, you have a completely different definition of democrazy than I have.

Democrazy means rule of the majority! – Nothing else.

We a subjects to surveilance in monarchies, and the democratic process is what is bringing us even more.

Twat goes on TV demands more security, and the majority of the population follows.

Why is Denmark not part of this event? – Because people DEMAND surveilance.

One thing is being able to talk the talk, and philosophize about wrong and right, another thing it is to take action for what you support. Do you seriously think you need to only be a non-conformist to go against certain of society ideas, all you gotta be is unhappy, or conscious about whats going on in the world.
yeh and for people who have facebook and such. It’s just another major useless media influence tool, up to you if you want to keep it or not..
the more you become addicted to money, and network site, the more you forget the world around you…
